1099 Pre-Need Insurance Agent

**Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre\-need funeral options.
* Conduct in\-home or in\-office presentations, community seminars, and follow\-up appointments.
* Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
* Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.

**Qualifications:**

* 2\+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, financial services, or funeral industry preferred).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
* Self\-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain
* Comfortable with in\-person and phone\-based sales presentations.
* High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
