Baird Memorial Chapel is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.

We are seeking someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a compassionate funeral home environment.

**Position:** Part-time or full-time
**Start:** ASAP
**Schedule:** Flexible - hours can be discussed based on availability and the needs of the funeral home

**Responsibilities may include:**

* General office and administrative support
* Answering phones and assisting families
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments
* Data entry and filing
* Preparing documents and paperwork
* Assisting with day-to-day funeral home operations
* Providing a welcoming and professional experience for families

**Ideal candidate:**
Someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
