Advanced Planning Advisor – Meaningful Sales Career ($100K+ potential) | Life License Req

This role requires someone who is both compassionate and confident — someone who is comfortable starting conversations with new people and guiding families through important decisions. Our advisors help families plan ahead so their loved ones are protected and prepared. By having these important conversations in advance, families can avoid difficult decisions during emotional times. We also assist families in making final arrangements for their loved one once a death has occurred. We meet with families at our location or at their homes. This is a very rewarding career where you get to serve and help people along with making a great income. **Prospecting is a large part of our day\-to\-day activities**. Community events are just some of the activities we participate in to educate the public of their options. Successful advisors in this role are comfortable introducing themselves to new people, starting meaningful conversations, and confidently inviting families to meet and learn about their options. **Responsibilities and Duties** Meeting with families one\-on\-one to make cemetery and funeral arrangements. We also make phone calls to set up appointments to meet with families. **Qualifications and Skills** Sales skills are a plus. High School Diploma or GED is required. Must be computer literate and offer a high level of professionalism. **State of TN Insurance License Required**. If not already licensed, must be able to attain.
