Job Description
**Overview**
We are currently looking for a Full\-time Administrative Assistant to join our small team. This administrative position is ideal for someone who has customer service experience, is independent, flexible, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. There are constant deliverables and deadlines, so timing is key. This opportunity calls for someone with attention to detail, the willingness to learn new things, and has the composure and compassion to deal with grieving families.
**Who We Are**
We are an independent Black \& Family\-owned Funeral Home. Located in Chester and Montgomery counties. We are community oriented and often sponsor and host community events. Our mission is to uplift life through service, and we are looking for someone who can work towards that goal.
**Highlighted Job Duties include but not limited to**
* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
* Assist in managing daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi\-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professional etiquette.
* Responding to all correspondence (mail and email).
* Microsoft Office and Google Suite Proficiency are a must
* Quick learner using digital software and comfortable accessing the internet for uploading/downloading/research etc.
Pay: $23\.44 \- $25\.00 per hour
Experience:
* Administrative: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
