Associate / Greeter

This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your communication and clerical skills while making a meaningful impact on the families we serve everyday. **Duties** * Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility, providing a positive first impression * Assist with covering the office when full time staff is unavailable. * Answering the phone. * Assisting on Funeral / Memorial Services. * Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate departments. **Requriements** * Strong communication skills. * Basic office / computer skills. * Ability stand for extended periods of time and lift/move heavy objects. * Must present a conservative appearance. (No visible tattoos or piercings other earrings, natural colored hair, modest neutral toned make up, and professionally dressed. * A valid drivers license is a plus. * Being bilingual is a plus. * Prior experience in the funeral industry is a plus.
