**In the Family Service Advisor role you will…**

**We’re looking for someone with…**

* 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
* Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
* Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills
* Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
* Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

**Additional Pre-Employment Requirements**

+ FBI/BCI fingerprint screening
+ Diocese of Youngstown Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS certificate)
