**Carrillo Funeral Homes \| Dallas\-Fort Worth Metroplex**

Carrillo Funeral Homes is seeking a full\-time **compassionate, outgoing, and motivated Bilingual Marketing \& Community Outreach Coordinator** to help strengthen our presence and build meaningful connections throughout the Dallas\-Fort Worth Metroplex.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys **connecting with people, building relationships, networking, and serving the community**. As a representative of Carrillo Funeral Homes, you will serve as a member of the team for our organization and help increase awareness of the compassionate, professional services we provide to families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

The Marketing \& Community Outreach Coordinator will work closely with leadership to develop and implement community outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships with **hospitals, churches, hospices, nursing homes, senior centers, community organizations, and other local partners**.

Our ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and comfortable representing a respected funeral home within a diverse community. This person should be able to build trust quickly and communicate with families and community partners with **dignity, compassion, and respect**.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, churches, hospices, nursing homes, senior centers, community organizations, and other referral and community partners.
* Represent Carrillo Funeral Homes at community events, networking opportunities, meetings, and other outreach activities.
* Identify opportunities to increase awareness of Carrillo Funeral Homes and the services we provide.
* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and community outreach strategies.
* Coordinate and participate in community events and presentations.
* Communicate the services and values of Carrillo Funeral Homes in a professional, compassionate, and culturally sensitive manner.
* Help identify new community partnerships and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with leadership to support marketing and outreach goals.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, events, and partnerships.
* Represent Carrillo Funeral Homes with professionalism, integrity, and compassion at all times.

**Qualifications \& Skills**

* **Fluent in English and Spanish - required.**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field **or equivalent professional experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, or relationship development**.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
* Confident and comfortable networking with individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds.
* Demonstrated ability to build trust and establish lasting professional relationships.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
* Self\-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Dallas\-Fort Worth Metroplex.
* Ability to represent Carrillo Funeral Homes with compassion, discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
