**Burial Services Professional / Equipment Operator** **Wilbert Precast – Yakima, WA** Wilbert Precast is seeking a dedicated Burial Services Professional to join our team. This role is hands\-on, physically demanding, and incredibly meaningful. You’ll play an essential part in delivering burial vaults, operating small equipment, setting up graveside services, and supporting families during one of life’s most important moments. If you value hard work, take pride in quality, and want a position where your efforts truly matter, we’d love to talk. ### **What You’ll Do** * Transport and set burial vaults and related equipment to cemeteries across the region * Support funeral service setups with professionalism, care, and attention to detail * Perform vault installations and assist with grading, site preparation, and backfilling * Safely operate work trucks and support equipment * Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance * Work safely, follow established procedures, and maintain equipment * Participate in rotating weekend work (eligible for weekend shift differentials) * Represent Wilbert Precast with respect and compassion toward families and funeral partners * Training Provided ### **What We’re Looking For** * Clean driving record — current and in good standing * Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work * Experience operating small/mini equipment such as mini excavators or skid steers (preferred, not required — training provided) * Ability to work around open excavations and follow trenching/excavation safety practices * Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance * Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship * Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions * Strong communication skills and customer\-service mindset ### **Why Join Wilbert Precast?** You’ll be part of a strong team.
