Care Center Supervisor

Location: Pearland, Texas NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Care Center Supervisor to lead our team at South Park Funeral Home and Crematory in Pearland, Texas, serving families across the Houston metro area. This role is ideal for a licensed embalmer who thrives in a high\-volume, fast\-paced care center and is ready to take on a meaningful leadership opportunity. Our Care Center Supervisors bring pride, craftsmanship, and compassion to every case, contributing to a community that values dignity, respect, and exceptional care. **What You’ll Lead** * Train and mentor staff; uphold all logging, identification, casket, and cremation procedures * Coordinate case scheduling, workflow, and team assignments * Support embalming needs during peak volume * Maintain accurate chain\-of\-custody documentation * Use and adapt to ATLAS and other digital case\-management tools * Participate in a rotating weekend schedule **What You Bring** * Current Texas Embalmer License or ability to reciprocate * 1\+ year of supervisory or leadership experience * Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and digital systems * Experience in a high\-volume or fast\-paced care center environment * Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to families * Efficient, focused work style with the ability to lead by example We are an equal\-opportunity employer.
