Beyond all else, a dedication to serving families through some of life's most difficult moments is absolutely paramount. The ideal candidate will have a background in serving in law enforcement and/or hospitals and nursing homes. This position involves the transfer of the deceased in accordance with expert care and handling, engaging with those in mourning, patrons and the general public, and providing exceptional customer service as a reflection of the company’s commitment to serving in times of grief and loss. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem\-solving. **Duties** * Interact positively and effectively with guests, employees and our client families * Assist care team operations, pickups, deliveries, transfers and accurate logging * Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities as required by the organization. * Be indispensable for our client families \- ensuring their needs and met and are promptly attended to. * Ensure that all procedures are followed consistently and efficiently, with care, compassion and respect * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience. * Maintain a professional attire and care for self * Engage with our law enforcement partners, chaplains, and facility staff in an expert fashion. * Keep all equipment clean, picked up and in accordance with our standards * Contribute positively to our culture of ministry to others in times of need. * Other duties as assigned. **Skills** * Strong interpersonal skills with experience in working with teams. * Proficient in event planning and coordination. * Self\-starter, able to perceive needs before being asked * Familiarity with post\-mortem care * Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Ability to be a compassionate listener to those encountering difficult times. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients. * A customer\-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service. * Be able to lift, with the assistance of equipment and personnel, frequently, in excess of 200lbs.
