Catering Assistant

Duties:
\- Sets up and prepares serving in the dining area according to plans established by the catering manager.
\- Breaks down serving and dining areas
\- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
\- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas before, during, and after events
\- Restocks clean equipment to proper storage areas
\- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or special requests

Skills:
\- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with the families we serve
\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
\- · Ability to work holidays, weekends and evenings if needed
\- Ability to work well as part of a team

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the catering schedule.
