Cemetery Mower/Landscaper

**Seasonal Mower / Landscaping Assistant** **Cemetery Grounds Maintenance** We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a **Seasonal Mower** for the upcoming mowing season. This position supports the cemetery caretaker with general landscaping and grounds maintenance to keep our grounds respectful, neat, and well\-maintained. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate riding and push mowers to mow cemetery grounds * Weed whacking / string trimming around headstones, fences, and edges * General landscaping duties (edging, blowing, debris removal) * Assist the caretaker with various grounds care tasks as needed * Maintain tools and equipment properly * Follow all safety procedures and show respect for the cemetery environment at all times **Requirements:** * Experience operating mowers and weed eaters preferred, but willing to train the right person * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (except rain) * Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual labor for extended periods * Reliable transportation and good attendance * Respectful attitude and attention to detail * Must be 18 years or older **Details:** * **Pay:** Starting at $16\-18 per hour * **Schedule:** Seasonal (typically spring through fall) * **Hours:** Monday–Friday 7:00\-3:30, weather dependent – work does **not** occur on rainy days * Part\-time to full\-time hours depending on weather and workload This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor physical work and wants seasonal employment with a respectful, low\-drama environment. **How to Apply:** Please send your resume and a brief note about why you’re interested to \[insert email or application method].
