The Catholic Parish Cemeteries Association welcomes qualified applicants to apply for a full\-time Cemetery Office Team Leader position at its New Castle, PA office.

**Candidate Profile**

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dependable professional who enjoys working as part of a team, communicates clearly, and helps create a supportive office environment.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**

Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous, collaborative approach to employee relations.

Ability to mentor, train, and encourage staff in their ongoing development.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize responsibilities, and support daily office operations with care and attention to detail.

Minimum three years' experience in team management, including performance evaluations, employee counseling, and recruitment.
