As Greenwood’s most accommodating cemetery, we help thousands of families pre\-arrange cemetery needs including burial plots, vaults, mausoleums, memorials, and more. ### **Responsibilities** **Sales \& Customer Service** * Meet sales goals and quotas * Conduct consultations for at\-need and pre\-need arrangements * Build and maintain relationships with families through compassionate service **Administrative Duties** * Support front desk operations: grave locations, burial scheduling, work orders * Maintain excellent client records * Perform follow\-ups and manage leads **Grounds Coordination** * Ensure all burial sites are prepared and maintained to the highest standards **Team Collaboration** * Work with administrative and maintenance teams
