Chaplain and Hospice Bereavement Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator for our Hospice team. This position will include offering counseling, assessing needs and explaining the services available to the bereaved. This will consist of many phones calls, cards, letters to the families. It will also include support groups, training with staff, updating computer system through our EMR system (HCHB). Prior experience in hospice is preferred. Chaplain must have a masters degree.
