**Responsibilities**
* Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff during difficult times, including end\-of\-life care and bereavement periods
* Assist in delivering Christian counseling sessions tailored to individual needs
* Lead or participate in prayer services, memorials, and educational presentations on faith\-based topics
* Support crisis intervention efforts by offering guidance and comfort during emergencies or emotional distress
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care that respects diverse spiritual beliefs
* Help organize community outreach events and educational workshops related to hospice care and spiritual wellness
* Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, support activities, and relevant observations in compliance with organizational policies
**Skills**
* Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey empathy effectively
* Knowledge of bereavement support techniques and hospice care principles
* Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities for leading services and educational sessions
* Leadership qualities with the capacity to mentor peers and guide individuals through emotional challenges
* Proficiency in writing clear reports, reflections, and event plans
* Event planning experience for organizing community or faith\-based gatherings
* Ability to manage crises calmly through crisis management and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with Christian counseling methods and crisis intervention strategies
