Job Description

We're looking for a professional who has a strong work ethic, the ability to prioritize and execute, and most importantly, positive and vibrant energy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Offer direct spiritual counseling, prayer, and pastoral services to patients and families, arranging as per their needs.
* Assist patients and families in adapting to end-of-life diagnoses by providing emotional support.
* Support patients' families during times of grief or crisis by offering psychological counseling, spiritual guidance, and related services.
* Help patients explore emotions concerning end-of-life and suffering, providing comfort.
* Provide support for patients experiencing anxiety or depression.
* Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
* Provide information to patients and families about pain management, end-of-life care, and advance directives.
* Participate in and attend interdisciplinary team meetings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Good observation skill
* Outstanding ability to prioritize in a setting that is fast-paced at times
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* People skills
* Proactive, strong work ethic, and excellent coach-ability
* Motivation for sales
* Chinese Bilingual preferred due to the patient's demographic.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
