**Duties**
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls, with professionalism and empathy
* Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick and easy retrieval of documents
* Prepare proposals other documentation accurately and promptly
* Support team members with data entry and basic office tasks to keep operations running smoothly
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred but not mandatory—enthusiasm for learning is key!
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Proficiency in Outlook and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining accuracy
