**About the Role**
This is **not a traditional customer service role.**
We’re looking for a **high\-caliber Client Experience \& Operations Specialist** who can think critically, manage complex workflows, and serve as a key operational partner to our clients.
You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams — owning the lifecycle of each order from intake through fulfillment — while leveraging CRM systems to ensure accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who is:

* Able to communicate clearly with professional clients
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own and manage B2B order workflows from intake to fulfillment with a high degree of accuracy and urgency
* Use CRM and internal systems to track orders, maintain clean data, and provide real\-time visibility into order status
* Communicate proactively with funeral homes and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
* Coordinate engraving approvals, customizations, and special requests across departments
* Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact delivery timelines or client experience
* Monitor inventory and product availability to support both urgent and scheduled orders
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and increase operational efficiency
**Qualifications**
* **Strong experience using CRM systems (NetSuite or similar required)**
* Proven ability to manage complex processes, not just respond to requests
* Experience in B2B operations, order management, logistics, or client\-facing roles
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail in fast\-paced environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working cross\-functionally using tools like Slack
**Bonus (Not Required):**
* Experience in the funeral or cremation industry
