Contract Recruiter (Remote) supporting a Catholic Organization

Catholic Funeral \& Cemetery Services (CFCS) is looking for someone with 2\- 3 years of recruiting experience to help us with our recruiting efforts. We recruit for Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes across the United States – interesting and rewarding work! Work from home as an independent contractor earning an hourly rate with the availability to visit a few sites. Work time would vary from approximately 10 to 30 hours per week Hourly Rate is $35 an hour Contract would be for 6 months *Responsibilities:* * Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs * Screening resumes * Performing phone interviews with candidates * Administering appropriate company assessments * Performing reference and background checks * Making recommendations to hiring managers CFCS is a nationwide organization providing management, turnaround, and start\-up services to the Catholic Church’s cemetery and funeral ministries.
