What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide hands-on support in one of our group homes. You’ll help individuals with daily routines, personal care, social activities, and more, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

A Typical Day Might Include:

* Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, meals, as needed)
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Supporting health needs and appointments
* Helping with household tasks
* Building strong, trusting relationships
* Keeping clear, accurate documentation
* Create a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent (experience in similar settings a plus!)
* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
* Strong communication, patience, and a team-player attitude
* Comfort with physical activity (lift up to 40 lbs., bending, walking, etc.)
* Willingness to learn Safety-Care and behavior support techniques
