Director of Growth

**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a high\-drive, growth\-minded leader to take ownership of NADCO and our Traditium wholesale cremation\-unit opportunity. This is not a maintenance role. It is a build, grow, lead, and win role for someone who is energized by opportunity, competition, relationships, results, and the chance to make a major impact inside a growing monument and memorial company.

The right person will run the day\-to\-day business, develop the wholesale sales strategy, build relationships with funeral homes and monument companies, lead the team, protect quality and service, and grow revenue and profit as quickly and responsibly as possible.

**What You’ll Do**

· Take full ownership of leading, managing, and growing NADCO and the Traditium wholesale cremation\-unit business.

· Develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy for wholesale sales to funeral homes, monument companies, and related partners throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan.

· Build new customer relationships, reactivate past accounts, deepen existing partnerships, and consistently create new sales opportunities.

· Represent NADCO and Traditium with confidence, professionalism, urgency, and strong product knowledge in front of customers, vendors, industry partners, and internal leaders.

· Own revenue growth, margin improvement, customer service performance, operating discipline, and overall business results.

· Create clear sales goals, account plans, call schedules, follow\-up systems, pricing strategies, and growth targets for the wholesale territory.

· Learn the Traditium cremation\-unit product line thoroughly, understand its patented and specialized advantages, and turn that opportunity into a strong wholesale growth engine.

· Oversee all major functions of the business, including sales, customer service, order flow, production coordination, inventory, shipping, purchasing, quality, staffing, and customer follow\-through.

· Lead, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while creating a culture of urgency, pride, responsiveness, and results.

· Track and manage key performance indicators, including sales pipeline, new accounts, order volume, gross margin, customer retention, turnaround time, shipping accuracy, claims, and profitability.

· Identify bottlenecks, weak processes, missed sales opportunities, and customer pain points; then create practical solutions and drive them to completion.

· Work closely with company leadership to align NADCO and Tradition with the broader goals, values, systems, and financial expectations of the organization.

· Travel as needed to meet customers, attend industry events, support sales growth, and strengthen account relationships throughout the assigned territory.

· Support a culture of respect, urgency, accuracy, and compassion in a business that serves families memorializing loved ones.

· Perform additional leadership, operational, sales, and business\-development duties as assigned by ownership or executive leadership.

Pay: From $70,000\.00 per year
