Door Greeter

Responsibilities:
\- Greet visitors as they enter the building with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
\- Assist visitors based on their needs
\- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
\- Maintain a clean and organized work area
\- Assist with funeral director requests as needed
\- Prepping for the morning and closing the building for the night

Requirements:
\- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
\- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
\- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple visitors/families simultaneously
