If you have experience in floral design and are ready to grow your talent while making a meaningful impact, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8\-3 and Sundays as needed.** **Responsibilities** * Design and create floral arrangements that meet customer preferences and occasions. * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their selections and offering expert advice. * Manage the cash register and handle transactions accurately. * Maintain inventory levels by stocking products and organizing displays. * Utilize retail math to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in floral design and arrangement * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction * Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively * Expertise in efficiently designing funeral standing sprays, wreaths, centerpieces, vase arrangements, arrangements in foam, hand held bouquets, wedding floral arrangements, corsages, and boutonnieres * Familiarity with POS systems and retail math Pay: $15\.50 \- $20\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
