**The Role**

We’re hiring a Family Advisor to help families with both pre\-planning (pre\-need) and immediate\-need (at\-need) arrangements. This is a relationship\-based, B2C role that blends service with consultative guidance. You’ll meet with families, explain options clearly, and help them make decisions they feel at peace with.

Schedule can be full\-time, part\-time, or flexible for the right person.

**Responsibilities**

* Meet with families for pre\-need and at\-need arrangements
* Explain cemetery and memorial options with empathy and clarity
* Guide families through decisions during sensitive or emotional times
* Build long\-term relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
* Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and follow\-ups
* Represent Dayton Memorial Park professionally in the community

**Qualifications**

* Knowledge of cemetery practices/procedures (or ability to learn quickly)
* B2C/B2B sales experience; similar setting strongly preferred
* Compassionate, mature, dependable presence
* Strong communication skills in sensitive situations
* Organized, detail\-oriented, timely follow\-through
* Comfortable working toward reasonable sales expectations while keeping families first
