Family Service Advisor

Job description: **Overview** Family Service Advisors serve families with care and compassion, educating and guiding them through the process of making informed decisions for Catholic cemetery planning, both in advance and at the time of need for memorialization products and services. Family Service Advisors interact with families, funeral directors, and other personnel/departments. Education and Experience * Preferred 2 years working in a sales and or customer service environment having face\-to\-face contact with the customer Position Requirements Include, but are not limited to: * Respect for the Catholic faith, rituals, and traditions * Accomplished in networking, developing leads, contacting referrals, setting appointments. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the telephone * Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills * Able to use computers, software, and technology * Valid state issued driver’s license, and proof of insurance is required Compensation and Benefits The Diocese of Saginaw Catholic Cemeteries offers excellent compensation for motivated individuals, which includes a base salary plus commissions and incentives.
