Our easy to learn and understand commission outline is a hourly ***and*** commission system. There is no cap on commission and all of our associates are on the same plan for transparency and consistency. With this plan, the upside potential is great and we will work with you to create a plan to meet your income goals and will go over all details in our interview!
Family Services is a unique inside sales role where for the right candidate is a life changing career in service to families before, during, and after their time of need. We specialize in Funeral and Cemetery Pre\-arrangements and can help families through any Dignity Memorial location nationwide.

* **Join an already existing best\-in\-class sales division as we grow to serve more families. As we have grown, our sales team is asking for more teammates so we can continue to reach further into the community and best serve the families we have.**
* **We provide a nationally recognized 6 week training curriculum which includes, classroom, shadowing, on\-the job training, and digital training.**
* **We have industry leading technology for our sales professionals including a start to finish point of sale and contract tool as well as a custom built Salesforce Application for our staff.**
* **A unique sales role that you will not purchase any leads, cold\-call, or door knock to cultivate opportunity. We have unlimited opportunity here and need sales professionals focused on maximizing these opportunities.**
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation
* Holds self\-accountable for prospecting and follow up.
* Obtains referrals from families served by the location
* Networks and builds community and civic relationships
* Explains and presents presentations to families served and referred families
* Maintains and tracks activity levels to ensure productivity
Build Relationships with Families
* Responds to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive and professional manner
* Connects with families through listening, honest communication and genuine concern
* Develops an understanding of each family’s unique needs and offers solutions that provide value to them
* Stays in touch with families to ensure satisfaction
* Prepares for all appointments and performs all procedures with professionalism and attention to detail
* Follows through on all customer problems and requests
* Builds trust\-based relationships to earn the right to ask for referrals
* Earns the right to gain referrals to offer protection to protect family members, and the family’s relatives and friends, by educating them on the benefits of pre\-planning
Teamwork
* Represents a continuous link from services provided at need, through aftercare, to providing services to protect families in the future
* Collaborates and teams with funeral directors, location managers, and other members of funeral home and or cemetery staff, to provide seamless, high quality service
* Thoroughly and completely reviews previous services and contacts with families to prepare to support current needs and or sales
Qualifications
* Strong negotiation, customer service, and sales skills
* Experience in sales, account management, and customer development
* Familiarity with Salesforce
