Family Service Counselor

**Overview** Are you experienced in providing guidance and assistance to others? Are you interested in helping others? Our company, Evergreen \& Hillside Memorial Park, has been serving families for over 60 years. **We have an excellent market based commission compensation plan based on personal sales paid weekly.** **Duties** * Offer empathetic support to grieving families, helping them navigate their emotional journey with compassion and understanding * Engage in sales activities by explaining and assisting families in selecting items that meet their needs * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of cemetery services and ensuring we meet the needs of the family members * Maintain detailed records of family interactions, service plans, and follow\-up communications to provide personalized ongoing support **Qualifications** * Prior experience or training in customer service * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer comfort and build trust with grieving families * Excellent organizational skills to manage details accurately and precisely * Sales experience * Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to support families during difficult times Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing compassionate guidance and exceptional service.
