**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dependable, detail\-oriented Family Services Assistant (Administrative) to support our team with day\-to\-day operations. This role blends administrative responsibilities with family\-facing communication and coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and takes pride in supporting families during important moments while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate with families in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
* Coordinate with marker and headstone companies to ensure accuracy and completion
* Review and verify important documents, records, and case details
* Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and internal tracking
* Support community events and on\-site activities
* Provide general administrative and office support
* Assist team members with additional tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
* 1\+ year of administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
* Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast\-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems
**Work Schedule**
* Part\-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
* Flexible scheduling
* Occasional availability for community events (may include limited evenings or weekends)
**Compensation \& Benefits**
* $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
