**What You’ll Do**
The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in the final stages of our production and shipping process. This is a hands\-on position focused on accuracy, consistency, and pace.
You will work across two main areas:
**Fulfillment (Shipping \& Packaging)**You will prepare and ship customer orders using ShipStation software while following our standard packaging procedures across multiple product lines. This includes selecting the correct packaging materials, ensuring order accuracy, printing labels, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup. Attention to detail is critical, as every order represents something meaningful to the customer.
**Finishing (Final Production Step)**You will assist in the final step of our production process. This includes applying ink, paint, and adhesives, as well as assembling products to meet our quality standards. This stage requires a steady hand, patience, and consistency to ensure each item leaves the shop looking its best.
You will:
* Prepare and pack orders accurately and efficiently using ShipStation
* Follow standard packaging procedures for all product types
* Ensure all shipments meet quality and presentation standards
* Assist with finishing tasks including ink, paint, adhesion, and assembly
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Communicate clearly with team members about order status and priorities
**Required Experience \& Skills**
No prior experience required. We are happy to train the right person! What matters most is how you work:
* High attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way
* A strong sense of urgency and ability to move efficiently during busy periods
* Reliability and consistency, your team depends on you showing up and following through
* Clear and direct communication
* Comfort working in a warehouse\-style environment
* Willingness to work around paint, adhesives, and common packaging materials
* Ability to follow processes while staying adaptable when things change
**Finer Details**
* Maximum hours per week: 20
* Schedule needed is typically weekday afternoons, no weekends, but will be dictated by our Fulfillment Lead
