**MSW (Masters of Social Work)**
to join our team in
**Grand Rapids, MI**
and servicing the surrounding areas with our Troy location being your Parent Agency.

**Requirements**
* MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
* One year of experience in Home Health Care or Hospice preferred
* Hospice experience preferred
* Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
