If you’re passionate about providing comfort, organizing meaningful ceremonies, and supporting families with care and respect, this is the perfect opportunity to make a positive impact every day. **Duties** * Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements, offering compassionate guidance and personalized options * Coordinate all aspects of funeral services, including scheduling and other details. * Assist families with bereavement support, providing emotional reassurance and connecting them to additional resources * Oversee event planning details to create respectful and memorable ceremonies tailored to each family's wishes * Handle sales activities by explaining service packages and helping families select appropriate options * Maintain accurate records of arrangements, documentation, and family communications to ensure smooth operations **Experience** * No prior experience required; willingness to learn and a comfort working within the funeral service industry are essential. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure * Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening when supporting grieving families * Bilingual ability is preferred (English and Chinese — Mandarin, Cantonese, or Toishanese), with the ability to clearly explain information in Chinese. * Experience in event planning or coordinating ceremonies enhances your ability to create meaningful services * Sales experience helps in guiding families through available options with clarity and confidence Join us in delivering heartfelt support and seamless funeral experiences.
