Funeral Assistant

**Part\-Time Funeral Assistant (On\-Call)** **Pay:** From $17\.00/hour **Location:** In person We are currently looking to fill several part\-time positions. All training will be provided. This is not a set schedule position. You will be contacted a few days in advance when help is needed for a funeral service, and you may choose to accept or decline based on your availability. There are no guaranteed minimum hours per week or month. **Availability:** Must have general availability on nights, weekends, and holidays. **Responsibilities:** * Assist during funeral services by parking cars, ushering, and driving funeral vehicles. * Provide support at chapel and church services, cemeteries, and during floral delivery. * Pick up supplies, assist with set\-up, and participate in special functions as needed. * Represent our funeral home with professionalism, compassion, and poise. * Help maintain a safe and respectful environment by following universal precautions and basic safety practices. **Benefits:** * Flexible schedule **Schedule may include:** * Day or evening shifts * Monday to Friday * Weekends and holidays * On\-call availability **Requirements:** * Valid Driver’s License (required) * Professional appearance and demeanor * Ability to work respectfully and compassionately with grieving families Pay: $17\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
