**Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and plan funeral services, ensuring all arrangements align with client wishes and company policies
* Prepare the deceased through embalming, cosmetic application, and dissection as needed, adhering to mortuary science principles and sanitation standards
* Operate company vehicles for transportation of remains and funeral equipment safely and efficiently
* Provide bereavement support and clear communication to families, offering guidance throughout the funeral process
* Manage heavy lifting and manual handling tasks during body preparation, transportation, and setup
* Maintain detailed records of all procedures, including embalming, cremation, and event planning activities
* Utilize funeral service technology to organize schedules, client information, and service details with precision

**Experience**

* Prior experience in funeral directing or mortuary science is highly preferred
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and cosmetology related to deceased body preparation
* Familiarity with cremation processes and related regulations
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple funeral arrangements simultaneously
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Ability to operate heavy machinery and company vehicles safely
* Understanding of sanitation protocols, dissection procedures, and mortuary science principles
