This vital role combines administrative excellence with heartfelt client support, ensuring that every family receives personalized, respectful service. You will coordinate the schedule for burials and interments in the cemetery, and provide general office support for the funeral directors, including greeting clients, and answering phones. You will sell cemetery property, cremation niches, and grave markers. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create meaningful experiences that honor loved ones and provide comfort to those in mourning.

**Responsibilities**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for families in coordinating cemetery interments, providing compassionate guidance and clear communication throughout the process.
* Manage records meticulously, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and organizational standards
* Assist with event planning and logistics to deliver seamless service that meet families' wishes.
* Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and managing client files with accuracy and confidentiality
* **Requirements**
* Proven experience in customer service, event coordination, or other administrative roles.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
* Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to working with grieving families.
* Experience in sales or client engagement to effectively support families’ needs and cemetery offerings
* Willingness to provide occasional weekend service support to the funeral directors.

Pay: $19\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35\.0 per week
