Funeral Home Associate - BILINGUAL

About Us Clark Funeral Home is committed to serving families with dignity, compassion, and excellence. We are expanding our outreach to better serve the Spanish\-speaking community and are seeking a Bilingual Funeral Assistant who can support both family services and marketing efforts. Position Overview This is a people\-first role that combines customer service, translation, and community outreach. You will assist families during difficult times while also helping grow our presence in the community through marketing and relationship\-building. Key Responsibilities Family Support \& Operations * Greet and assist families during arrangements, visitations, and services * Provide Spanish/English translation for families and staff * Support funeral directors with administrative tasks and service coordination * Assist with preparing service areas and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment Transportation \& Logistics * Transport families as needed (to/from services, cemeteries, or appointments) * Assist with processions and coordination during services * Run errands such as picking up documents or supplies Marketing \& Community Outreach * Assist with social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) * Help create posts, flyers, and community announcements * Build relationships with local churches, organizations, and Spanish\-speaking communities * Represent the funeral home at community events and outreach opportunities Qualifications * Fluent in Spanish and English (required) * Strong communication and people skills * Compassionate, professional, and culturally sensitive * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Comfortable using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) * Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed Preferred (Not Required) * Experience in customer service, healthcare, funeral service, or hospitality * Knowledge of the local Hispanic/Latino community Why Join Us * Meaningful work helping families in their time of need * Opportunity to grow into Funeral Director or Family Services roles * Be part of expanding services to the Spanish\-speaking community * Supportive, team\-oriented environment Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $15\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Language: * Spanish/English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
