Funeral Service Associate

Panebaker Funeral Home is seeking compassionate, dependable and professional individuals to join our team as Funeral Service Associates. This role is ideal for someone who values helping families during difficult times and takes pride in professionalism, respect and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**

· Assist with transfers of decedents from residences, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other locations

· Assist during visitations, funerals, and graveside services

· Drive funeral vehicles when needed

**Qualifications**

· High School Diploma

· Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to lift and assist with physical tasks

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on\-call shifts as needed

· Must be reliable, respectful, and compassionate

· High level of compassion and integrity

· Professional behaviors and team player

· Compassionate and empathetic nature

· Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with professionalism and sensitivity
