**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?**

**Pay**: We offer our Funeral Services Assistant a competitive wage of **$15 per hour** during training, and **$25-$30 per hour** once you're licensed.

**Schedule**: This position offers flexible full-time, part-time, and 1099 contract opportunities, with employees reporting to a central location before traveling to assigned service areas.

**All that you need is**:

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to lift and move 150+ lbs
* Ability to follow instructions provided by phone, text, or in person
* Professional appearance
* Ability to handle human remains safely and respectfully
* Funeral Assistance License (or willingness to obtain one; company assistance available)

**WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR FUNERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT?**

In this position, you'll report to a central location before traveling to hospitals, nursing homes, residences, and other locations throughout Massachusetts and occasionally surrounding states. Throughout the day, you'll perform removals and transportation services, carefully and respectfully handling deceased individuals while ensuring every transfer is completed with dignity and professionalism. This hands-on role requires physical strength, attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to providing dependable support to funeral homes and the communities they serve.
