Groundskeeper

* MUST HAVE A VALID OHIO DRIVERS LICENSE * 1\. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. * 2\. Must be able to work in hot weather or cold weather for extended periods of time. 3\. Must be able to mow grass on a zero\-turn mower for up to 7 hours. 4\. Must be able to use a commercial grade weed trimmer for extended periods of time in all weather. 5\. Must be able to plant flowers, weed gardens, trim bushes. 6\. Other jobs as assigned. Other requirements: 1\. ***Must have a valid driver’s license.*** 2\. Pass a background check.
