#### **Responsibilities:**
* Provide spiritual counseling to hospice patients and family and assist in evaluating spiritual needs.
* Be an active participant in interdisciplinary group meetings and maintain open communication with all members of the group.
* Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
* Attends all mandatory inservices and meetings provided by the agency.
