Hospice Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator

We are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate Chaplain to join our team in the Killeen, Georgetown, Waco and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership and guidance in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards; complying with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern Hospice agencies to assure each patient receives the necessary counseling to attain and maintain the highest possible functional status. **Responsibilities:** * ‪‪Assure spiritual assessment of patients and families/caregivers in the hospice program and appropriate services are rendered in a timely manner‪‪. * Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families/caregivers.‪‪ * Provide for funeral or memorial services for patients as requested. **Qualifications:** * Ordained, credentialed, or commissioned according to the practices of a recognized religious sect, or a division of a recognized religious sect. * Hospice experience required * Bereavement coordinate experience required Apply now if you want to learn more about this position and what we have to offer!
