Hospice Registered Nurse PRN
Job Description
**Overview**

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate caregiver with a strong foundation in nursing practices, exceptional clinical judgment, and a heartfelt commitment to patient-centered care. This role is integral to supporting patients and their families through some of life’s most sensitive transitions.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams to determine individualized care needs.
* Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized care plans.
* Manage acute pain and provide comfort to patients experiencing distress or discomfort.
* Support patients and families through the end of life process.
* Apply sterile processing techniques to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
* Deliver specialized care to patients prioritizing safety, dignity, and comfort.
* Collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic care to patients.
**Qualifications**
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing best practices.
