Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician

**Role:**
Medical Director for Hospice & Palliative Care in a growing practice.


**Responsibilities:**
Oversee hospice and palliative care services, including an in-patient unit with a patient volume of up to 24. Manage clinical operations, ensure quality patient care, and provide leadership to the medical team.


**Qualifications & Skills:**
Medical degree with board certification in relevant specialties. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills. Experience in hospice and palliative care preferred.


**Key Duties:**
Administer clinical programs, coordinate patient care, and participate in hospital and community outreach. Call duties are minimal, approximately one weekend per month.
