Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
**About Us**
Cairn Partners are the experts in the preneed marketplace. We partner with reputable, independent funeral homes to grow their business through preneed funeral and cemetery sales. That all starts with finding great sales consultants who we come alongside for onboarding, training and mentoring.
**Job Duties**
* Speak to potential customers by phone and email
* Set consultation appointments
* Present value options to clients for pre-arranged funeral and cemetery selections
* Complete contracts for cemetery sales and preneed funeral packages
**Education**
* High School Diploma (or equivalent)
**Qualification**
* 2 or more years sales experience
* Current OH Life License or the ability to obtain one
**Skill**
* Excellent communication skills
* Good negotiation skills
* Self motivated
* Works well in a team
* Works well independently
* Basic computer skills
* Valid driver's license
**Compensation**
75K - 95K+ Per Year
