Junior Accountant

We are looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our team and support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop their accounting career in a professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
* Enter and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system
* Prepare and send customer invoices
* Post payments and maintain customer account records
* Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records
* Perform data entry and general accounting duties as required
* Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested
* Work with other departments to resolve accounting-related queries

**Requirements**

* College Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting
* 1–2 years of accounting experience or full-charge bookkeeping experience
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with accounting software is a plus
* Ability to handle confidential financial information
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
