**Tamarack Grief Resource Center** **Position Announcement: Lead Clinician / Clinic Supervisor** Calling compassionate grief counselors and passionate leaders! **Tamarack Grief Resource Center (TGRC) is seeking a licensed clinician to join our team as a Lead Clinician and / or Clinic Supervisor!** Individuals applying for the Lead Clinician position should be interested in leadership and the administrative functioning of a mental health clinic. Together we’ll advance our mission to strengthen and honor individuals, families, and communities throughout their journey with grief.     **Job Title:**  Lead Clinician / Clinic Supervisor **Reports to:** Tina Barrett, EdD, LCPC **Job Type:**  0\.6\-1FTE **Hours:** TGRC hours of operations: Mon, Tues, Thurs: 10a\-6:30p; Wed, Fri 9a\-5:30p Some evenings and weekends may be required for special programs and events.  **Compensation:** * Lead Mental Health Counselor: $65,000\-$74,000/year, pro\-rated * Clinic Supervisor: $65,000\-$70,000/year, pro\-rated **Additional Benefits**, as outlined in TGRC Policies and Procedures: * Wellness Stipend: $3,600\-$4,800/year ($300\-$400 per month added to salary) * 15 days of paid leave, pro\-rated * 14 paid Holidays as outlined in P\&P * Short\-Term Disability Stipend, after 1 year * 3% IRA Match, after 3 years * Paid Licensure Fees * Continuing Education registration fees and hours * Clinical Supervision **Location:**  This position will be based out of the Missoula office.   **Benefits of Team TGRC!** TGRC has a staff team to support clinicians including a front desk/office coordinator and billing manager as well as administrative, development, and payroll support. These staff are responsible for scheduling clients, session reminders, tech support and upgrades, preparing and submitting billing, updating intake forms, managing the waitlist, returning calls and responding to inquiries, linking callers/clients to outside resources, completing a Request for Service interview with potential clients, maintaining welcome area, restocking supplies, greeting guests, taking/managing payments and client ledgers, assisting with insurance credentialing, etc. This support allows clinicians to prioritize direct service and documentation.  **Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Lead Clinician or Clinical Supervisor Positions:** * Schedule aprx. 5 direct service hours per day (includes counseling, groups, and supervision) * Provide counseling/consultations for individuals, groups, families, and couples including youth and adults in\-person and via telehealth * Facilitate groups * Provide community workshops, grief education, consultations, and trainings * Serve as a liaison between clients, community members, professionals and services * Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive non\-profit organization * Serve as Clinical Supervisor for clinicians\-in\-training (including PCLCs, SWLCs, and Interns) * Help draft and refine templates outlining groups, trainings, and practical tips * Assist with maintenance of clinic forms (intake packets, treatment plans, releases, requests for services, etc.) **In addition to the above duties, the Lead Clinician will:** * Serve as Site Supervisor for Clinic staff including Counseling/Social Work Interns and Clinicians\-in\-training including * Act as point of contact and leader representing TGRC’s clinic * Strategically lead TGRC’s clinic including assisting with budgeting and budget management, staff recruitment, orientation, and onboarding; publicity and communications; maintaining a meaningful, satisfying, highly desirable place of work * Develop/refine clinic protocols * Ensure HIPAA compliance * Ensure that all clinicians maintain health records including progress notes and treatment plans * Work with Office Coordinator to ensure timely mental health billing and insurance applications/processing * Assist with coordination and facilitation of Urgent Response efforts **Minimum Qualifications:** * Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of MT (LCPC or LCSW) * Experience working with individuals across the lifespan * Specialized training and experience in grief/trauma (2\+ years) * Training/experience in crisis management/care * Training/experience with suicide pre\-/post\-vention, including suicide assessments * Experience supervising clinicians/clinicians\-in\-training (2\+ years) * Training and experience with HIPAA standards * High competence with treatment plans, diagnosis, progress notes and ability to train others **In addition to the above, Minimum Qualifications for the Lead Clinician include:** * Experience managing teams including a minimum of 2 years experience as a staff supervisor * Experience in compassionate, strategic business leadership * Available to work .8\-1FTE **Skills:** * Organizational and clinical skills * The desire to learn and work in a collaborative capacity with professionals and community members. Experience with nonprofits is preferred. * Interest and experience in working with children, teens, adults, and families in both indoor and outdoor therapeutic environments * Excellent communication skills (including verbal, written and technical) * Ability to maintain a positive attitude and sense of calm when working with pervasive grief and complex trauma * Ability to manage a staff team (give and receive feedback; set and support workplace policies; support intrapersonal, interpersonal, and organizational wellness) **Interested applicants are asked to send the following materials to TGRC:** * Resume * Cover Letter / Letter of Interest (Why TGRC?
