**Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and manage funeral arrangements, including planning services and liaising with families to ensure their wishes are honored.
* Perform embalming procedures with precision, applying cosmetic techniques to restore natural appearance and ensure dignity for viewing.
* Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of deceased bodies safely, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
* Operate company vehicles for transportation of remains and attend to cremation processes following all regulatory standards.
* Provide bereavement support and clear communication to clients, guiding them through every step of the funeral process with empathy and professionalism.
* Maintain detailed records of mortuary procedures, service plans, and client interactions using funeral service technology systems.
* Ensure all mortuary practices comply with anatomy knowledge, physiology principles, and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations.

**Skills**

* Extensive knowledge of mortuary science principles, anatomy, physiology, and dissection techniques.
* Proven ability in funeral directing, event planning, and organizing memorial services that meet client expectations.
* Skilled in embalming techniques and cosmetic application for deceased persons to achieve natural appearance.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with grieving families and stakeholders.
* Competence in heavy lifting, manual handling, sanitation practices, and operation of company vehicles.
* Familiarity with funeral service technology for record keeping and event management.
* Ability to provide compassionate bereavement support while managing multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills.
