We’re seeking a **Florida-licensed funeral director** who can independently conduct **at-need and pre-need arrangements**, guide families with compassion, and manage cases with confidence and attention to detail. **Responsibilities**

* Conduct compassionate, thorough at-need and pre-need arrangements.
* Explain funeral, cremation, memorial, and merchandise options clearly and respectfully.
* Coordinate and direct funeral, memorial, and graveside services.
* Manage cases from the first call through completion, including documentation and family follow-up.
* Communicate effectively with coworkers, cemeteries, crematories, and other service providers.
* Assist with general housekeeping, routine office duties, and keeping the facility clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Participate in the shared night and weekend on-call rotation.

**Qualifications**

* Active Florida funeral director license.
* Ability to independently handle at-need and pre-need arrangements.
* Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
* Comfort using technology and learning new systems.
* A professional, collaborative approach and a commitment to caring for every family.
