**Position Overview: Family Advocate (Preneed, Life Insurance Agent)**
Are you motivated, people\-oriented, and ready to start a fulfilling career? As a Family Advocate with Royalty Memorial, you’ll play a vital role in helping families make meaningful advance funeral arrangements. With a focus on outstanding service, you’ll assist families in selecting plans that offer peace of mind.

*No prior experience? No problem! We provide all the training and assist with the state's funeral licensing.*

**What You'll Do**

* **Connect with Clients:** Engage with families through a mix of inside and outside sales activities, building trust and understanding their unique needs.
* **Guide and Recommend:** Assess family requirements and recommend tailored funeral packages and programs that best meet their needs.
* **Educate and Support:** Lead informational and financial planning seminars, ensuring families understand policy benefits, features, and coverage options.
* **Claims Assistance:** Provide compassionate support in claims processing when needed.
* **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of family interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations (including HIPAA).
* **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**What We’re Looking For**

* **Excellent Communicator:** Comfortable connecting with clients over the phone and in person.
* **Problem Solver:** Able to assess family needs and customize solutions accordingly.
* **Confidentiality Knowledge:** Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus.
* **Bilingual (Preferred):** Spanish\-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
