LECOM at Snyder Memorial (located in Marienville, PA), a part of theLECOM Institute for Successful Living is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **LPN** to join our growing healthcare family. In this vital role, you'll provide skilled, patient-centered care to our elderly residents - enhancing their quality of life and preserving their dignity every single day.

**What You'll Do:**

* Deliver top-quality nursing care tailored to geriatric patients' unique needs
* Monitor residents' health and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
* Foster strong relationships with residents and their families
* Promote a nurturing, respectful, and empowering environment

**Qualifications:**

* Active **LPN license** in the state of Pennsylvania
* Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred (but not required - we train the right people!)
* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elder care
* Strong communication and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
